  • Pain Warriors 8 Week Program
    This 8 week group teaches survival strategies and techniques to help you cope with chronic pain. Learn to thrive and be productive in your life. Learn about Neuroplasticity - the brains ability to change itself. Work from Pain Connectionís book, Making the Invisible Visible, learn guided imagery, meditation, and breathing techniques. Develop your Treatment Plan. Next session: Starting March 29th on Tuesdays, Frederick, MD.

  • Pain Connection Live Conference Calls
    Pain Connection Live is open to people with chronic pain, family members, significant others, health care professionals and concerned individuals. Please respect each person's right to express their feelings. Participants are welcome to listen or join the discussion. Talk in the privacy of your own home, from your hospital bed, from the field or at work. You donít have to travel!

    Afternoon calls are held on the:

    • First Thursday each month 1:30 - 2:30 PM EST View Dates.
    • Third Tuesday each month 1:00 - 2:00pm EST. View Dates.

    Evening calls are held on the:

    • Second Thursday each month 7:00 - 8:00 PM EST View Dates.
    • Fourth Tuesday each month 6:30 to 7:30pm EST. View Dates.

    You must register for each call in which you want to participate.

    Calls will not be taped, and you may just listen - you do not need to talk unless you feel like it. There is no charge for participating, but standard long distance rates apply to the call.      Register Now
